Note: Since not much is given in canon, the majority of this post will be made up of headcanon inferred from fandom speculation and personal opinions. Blatant headcanon will be marked with a *

-Her facial structure is similar to that of a humans, with similar bone structure, lips, and nose.

-Ears are slim with attached lobes and are very close to the head.

-She has light coloured, bioluminescent irises *that are photosensitive. They can be seen from beneath her helmet. [X]

-Her eyebrows and hair are both a dark black, though the individual strands are very fine to the touch. The hair on her head is long, falling down to her mid-back.

-Quarian's have smaller heads and slimmer, slightly longer necks than humans.

-Her tongue is slimmer than a humans and tinted blue in colour

-*The black markings on her forehead and down her neck are bioluminescent receptors that will glow with appropriate stimulation. These markings continue down her neck, and further down her body, located within the dermis layer of the skin. [Headcanon lifted from here]

-Quarian bodies are quite similar to human bodies, though slimmer and smaller on average. Tali stands at around 5'6".

-Her skin is a greyish-purple, *and is baby-soft on the surface due to a lack of exposure to anything outside of her suit environment. *In texture, Quarian skin is more similar to the smooth, rubbery texture of sea-mammals than human skin as they have a thicker epidermis (2-3x that of a human). Epidermis is thickest around the lower belly, genitals, thighs. *Due to colder nights on Rannoch (Day temp is 48C, *night temp is -10C) and a nocturnal nature, Quarian's developed skin that better insulates against colder temperatures.

-Like human females, Tali has wide hips. This, however, is a prominent feature in Quarian females in contrast to the smaller percentage of human females who have this shape *and they tend to carry stress there rather than in their backs due to the shape of their legs. *Even Quarian's with more fat on them retain their wide thigh-gap because of their structure as well. Though Quarian bodies are firm in general, the thighs tend to be the firmest part of the body.

-Canon offers contradicting information on the colour of Quarian blood, so I've decided to go with the idea that Tali's blood is blue.

-Her sweat has hints of a savory cinnamon-spice smell to it rather than the human 'vegetable soup' smell.

-*Her breasts serve the same function as human breasts, and she does have nipples though no discernible areola. Her breasts have less fatty tissue throughout than a humans, are quite firm to touch, and hold shape closer to the chest. Quarian women do not wear bras.

-Tali has three thicker fingers on each hand and three toes on each foot and *has an additional ankle joint. [X] She has thick finger and toe nails.

Genitals [This entire section is pure headcanon]

-Tali has a vertical genital slit in place of vaginal lips, and a thicker epidermis and dermis protecting the area. Widening the slit, three fleshy nodes that meet at a center point [Think the softer plastic opening on a powerade bottle] must be parted to reveal the vaginal orifice which is more inset than a human vagina.

-She can control her vaginal muscles with more strength and precision than a human, as flexing/rippling around a phallus or like-shaped object is required for her to orgasm.

-Other erogenous zones are found to the sides and above the genital slit where softer, spongy tissue can be felt beneath the skin. When massaged, the sensation won't bring her to the same sort of orgasm as penetration will, but it produces a different sort of euphoric feeling that's just as satisfying.

-Perineum and anus function and appear more or less the same as human characteristics
